Warranty

1、 Warranty period

From the date of acceptance of the transformer, we provide a warranty service of [3 to 5] years, starting from the date of the acceptance report.

2、 Warranty coverage

Hardware malfunction: Key components such as internal iron core, winding, tap changer, as well as shell, heat sink, fan, etc. are damaged due to quality issues. Free repair or replacement is required.

Performance failure: Under normal use, there are performance issues such as voltage deviation and excessive losses that do not meet the standards. Free debugging and maintenance are provided until normal.

Process defects: Failure caused by production assembly process defects, such as welding and sealing issues, shall be the responsibility of repair.

3、 Non warranty coverage

Improper operation: Malfunctions caused by improper operation not following the operation manual.

Force Majeure: Damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.

Unauthorized repair: Problems caused by unauthorized modification or repair.

Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period: Replace normal wear and tear parts that have exceeded the warranty period.

4、 Warranty process

Repair report: If a fault is found, call the customer service hotline or send an email explaining the fault, equipment model, and other information.

Response: Contact to verify and initiate emergency response in case of emergency malfunction.

Repair: After inspection, a plan will be developed. Once approved, personnel will be immediately dispatched to repair using original factory parts.

Acceptance: After the repair, conduct a comprehensive test and invite you to join in the acceptance. Once satisfied, sign the report.
