1、 Before shipment: Strict protection and precise packaging

Adopting the strategy of "external rigidity and internal flexibility", the exterior is a moisture-proof solid wood frame with a compressive strength of over 1500kg/m ²; Internally filled with EPE pearl cotton. By using "three-point positioning+angle steel reinforcement", ensure that the displacement error of the iron core is less than 2mm, and insert insulation paper between the layers to prevent loosening. Silicone desiccant and humidity sensing card are placed inside the packaging, and the wooden box is sealed with hot melt adhesive and covered with waterproof film.

2、 During shipment: intelligent transportation, full process monitoring

Choose tools based on weight, using shock-absorbing box trucks for small iron cores and low flatbed semi trailers for large iron cores. Transportation is equipped with GPS, three-axis acceleration sensors, and temperature and humidity recorders to monitor routes, vibrations, temperature, and humidity in real time, with automatic alarms for any abnormalities.

3、 After shipment: worry free delivery, after-sales guarantee

Accompanying the goods is the 'Iron Core Acceptance Guide', which provides guidance on appearance, dimensions, and insulation testing. Promise to respond to abnormal situations within 24 hours, provide free secondary packaging for transportation damage, and offer lifelong technical support.

During long-distance sea transportation, spray anti-corrosion coating, vacuum packaging, and container temperature and humidity control; Conduct a pressure simulation test before transportation on the plateau, and check the pressure balance valve during transportation.
