In the transformers of SenDian Electric Power, the iron core can be regarded as the core advantage. We carefully select high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability, which is thousands of times higher than air permeability. These materials can firmly confine the magnetic flux generated by alternating current inside the iron core, greatly enhancing the magnetic flux and enabling efficient electromagnetic induction. This promotes efficient transmission of electrical energy between the primary and secondary sides, significantly improving the energy conversion efficiency of transformers.
From the perspective of reducing losses, the silicon element in silicon steel sheets increases the core resistance and effectively reduces eddy current losses; At the same time, the iron core is carefully processed into a structure of thin sheet stacking, limiting eddy currents within each silicon steel sheet, further reducing energy consumption and minimizing heating phenomena, laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the transformer. Moreover, the iron core can significantly reduce the leakage flux of the transformer, making the coupling between the primary and secondary windings tighter, the output voltage more stable, and the power transmission more efficient.
