Dry Type Transformer
Dry type transformers have become key equipment in modern power systems due to their unique structure and excellent performance. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, which are carefully stacked to reduce hysteresis and eddy current losses. The winding is made of high-purity copper material, wound through special processes, and wrapped with high-performance insulation material, giving the product excellent electrical insulation performance. The cooling method is mainly air self cooling, and some models are equipped with air-cooled systems to greatly improve heat dissipation efficiency. Compared with oil immersed transformers, it does not require transformer oil, eliminates fire and explosion hazards, and has higher environmental protection and safety. Due to its small size, light weight, and easy maintenance, it is widely used in places with high fire prevention requirements, such as high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, etc., to provide stable and reliable voltage suitable for various scenarios and ensure power supply.
